By accessing or using Colorly Book ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
đ¨ Our Products
Colorly Book creates personalized coloring books in two formats:
- Digital (PDF): A downloadable PDF file customized with the child's name and selected adventures. Delivered instantly via email after purchase.
- Printed Book: A physical, professionally printed and bound coloring book shipped to your address. Production and shipping times vary by destination.
All illustrations, designs, and generated content are the intellectual property of Colorly Book and are licensed to you upon purchase, not sold.
đĨ License & Usage
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and print the PDF for personal, non-commercial use
- Share printed copies with immediate family members
- Make up to 3 backup copies of the digital file
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital file publicly or commercially
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our illustrations
- Use our content in any commercial context without written permission
- Upload the PDF to file-sharing sites, social media, or public repositories
đŗ Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD. Local currency conversion is handled by Whop at checkout.
- Payment is required in full before order processing begins.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied.
đĻ Delivery
Digital products: Download links are sent to the email provided at checkout within minutes of payment confirmation. Links expire after 30 days. It is your responsibility to download and save the file promptly.
Printed products: Production takes 2â5 business days. Shipping times vary:
- USA & Canada: 5â10 business days
- EU & UK: 5â12 business days
- Rest of world: 10â20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
đ Refunds & Cancellations
Please see our full Refund Policy. In summary:
- Digital products: Due to the personalized and instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted if the file is corrupted or fails to deliver.
- Printed products: Cancellations accepted within 2 hours of order placement. Defective or damaged prints are eligible for replacement or refund with photo evidence.
â ī¸ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Colorly Book is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
- We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
Šī¸ Intellectual Property
All content on this website â including illustrations, text, logos, code, and designs â is owned by Colorly Book or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Customer-submitted personalization data (names, themes) remains the customer's property, but by submitting it you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of creating your order.

You agree not to:
- Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website or servers
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful personalization data
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Harvest or collect user data without consent
âī¸ Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Casablanca, Morocco, under the rules of the Moroccan Center for Arbitration.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.
