Colorly Book is operated from Morocco as a sole proprietorship / small business. We create personalized digital and printed coloring books. When you use our website or purchase our products, you trust us with your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
📦 Information We Collect
When you create a coloring book:
- Child's name and optional personalization details (used solely to generate your book)
- Selected adventure themes and preferences
When you purchase:
- Email address (for delivery and receipts)
- Billing name and address (for printed book shipping and tax compliance)
- Payment information — handled entirely by Whop. We never see your full credit card number.
Automatically collected:
- IP address, browser type, device info (for fraud prevention and analytics)
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies section below)

- To generate, deliver, and support your personalized coloring book
- To process payments and prevent fraud (via Whop)
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, download link, shipping updates)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your child's name or personalization data for marketing purposes.

- Cloud storage — secure hosting of generated PDFs (temporary, auto-deleted after 30 days)
- Analytics — website usage statistics
Each partner is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data and process it only for the specified purposes.
🔒 Data Security
- All data transmission uses TLS 1.3 encryption.
- Generated PDFs are stored encrypted and accessible only via unique, time-limited download links.
- We retain order data for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance, then securely delete it.
- Personalization data (child's name, themes) is deleted 30 days after order completion unless you request earlier deletion.
🌍 International Transfers
We are based in Morocco. Your data may be processed in the EU, US, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We ensure adequate protection through standard contractual clauses and the service providers' compliance certifications.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

👶 Children's Privacy
