This Privacy Policy explains how ColorlyBook, a brand of Talvenix LLC ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and service to create a personalized children's storybook.

Information We Collect

To create your child's book, we collect: a photo you upload of your child, your child's first name, age, and gender (used only to personalize the story), and your name, email address, shipping address, and language/currency preference. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

How We Use Your Child's Photo

Your child's photo is used solely to generate the illustrated likeness that appears in their personalized storybook. It is not used for facial recognition, not used to train publicly available AI models, and never shared with advertisers.

How We Use Other Information

We use your information to process and fulfill your order, keep you updated on its status, provide customer support, and improve our service.

Data Sharing

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to run our business: our payment processor (Stripe), our printing and fulfillment partners (who receive only the finished book files and shipping address), and our hosting providers. We never sell your information or share it for advertising purposes.

Data Retention

Photos and generated images are kept only as long as needed to fulfill your order and provide support, then deleted. Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Children's Privacy

Our service is intended to be used by parents and legal guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. By uploading a photo, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child shown, or have that person's permission to do so.

Your Rights

Cookies
